About: Smriti received her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. As an undergraduate in the Kalhor Lab, she worked on developing computational pipelines for molecular signal recording and lineage specific gene expression simulation. Smriti is interested in the intersection between computation, genetic engineering, and medicine. She is now working as a Computational Associate at the Broad Institute.
