About: Maha Saleh is a high school student at the Academy For College And Career Exploration and a visiting researcher in the WISE (Whiting Internships in Science & Engineering) partnership program between her high school has and JHU. She will start her undergraduate studies at Hopkins next year, majoring in Biomedical Engineering. She is doing the WISE internship because she is interested in research but does not know where it would lead her yet. She wants to explore new topics and ideas. She is mentored by Rachel Dveirin.
